New Student Applications for the 2025-2026 Academic School Year are Open!

Welcome to Plumstead Christian School. We thank you for your interest in our school, where students are educated to think biblically, serve effectively, and lead Christ-centered lives. 


Our key admissions dates and application process are detailed below.  Please be sure to note our application deadlines for early action admission (first priority) and standard admission.  Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Admissions Office at admissions@plumsteadchristian.org, or 215-766-8073.


Admissions Key Dates

The following dates apply to our Preschool 3s:

Preschool 3s Admissions Applications Due:  January 31, 2025
Family Interviews:  Scheduled by the Admissions Office
Preschool 3s Admissions Decisions Sent: February 15, 2025
Preschool 3s Enrollment Packets & Tuition Agreements Due: February 28, 2025

The following dates apply to our Preschool 4s, Pre-K, and Kindergarten through 12th grade:

Early Action Dates:

Early Action Admissions Applications Due:  February 10, 2025
Variable Tuition Applications Due (Optional, for K-12 only):  February 10, 2025
Family Interviews & Student Assessments:  Scheduled by the Admissions Office
Early Action Decisions & Variable Tuition Awards Sent:  
March 15, 2025
Early Action Enrollment Packets, Deposits & Tuition Agreements Due:  March 31, 2025

Once the Early Action application deadline has passed, the timeline is as follows:

Note: We continue to accept applications on a rolling basis until all classes are full.


Ready to Apply?

The first step is to determine if your family meets our admissions requirements, which include:
  • One parent or guardian must be a professing believer in Jesus Christ, agree with the school's statement of faith, and provide a written testimony.  Our online application provides an opportunity to share about your relationship with Jesus.
  • Students and at least one parent must currently attend and be involved in a Christ-centered church showing a sustained commitment to a local church.  A pastor recommendation form is required.
  • Parents must agree to support and comply with the philosophy, statement of faith, policies and practices of PCS.
 
Complete an Online Application
 
To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. If you have multiple K-12 students, after completing an application for your first child, you can select the Sibling Application for your subsequent children. 

If you are a current PCS family enrolling a new sibling, simply visit this Application link. (Note: You will see a $100 new preschool student fee on your tuition invoice for each new preschool-age sibling.)

The application fee for new families is $220 per family for K-12 students, $110 for Middle School Homeschool Athletics, and $120 for all Preschool students. The fees will be paid online within your application. All new Kindergarten and first grade students will also be assessed a $60 entrance testing fee, and admissions will send information regarding payment of this fee. Note: Entrance testing may also be requested by our Principal(s) for students entering grades 2-12, based on student records and for class placement determination. A $60 fee applies to all student testing.
 
Once you start the application process, you will have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application(s) until they are completed and submitted.
 
 
Apply for Variable Tuition (K-12 only)

Please note that an Online Admissions Application must be submitted if you wish to apply for our Variable Tuition Program, which matches each family's unique financial situation to their tuition rate. See more details at this link: Variable Tuition Information. This program is for K-12 grade students only.

If you believe that you may qualify for Variable Tuition for your students in K-12th grades, and wish to apply after you have completed an Online Admissions Application, create an account and complete a Blackbaud application at this link: Variable Tuition Application

Blackbaud, which is a third-party provider, will assess a fee of $45 for the Variable Tuition Application. Be sure to note the Variable Tuition Application deadlines above.
